ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Plastic Glasses to be used at evening events
Public Safety
Maximum occupancy 200
All exits and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times
Fire safety equipment to be tested annually
PAT testing annually
All staff to be trained in fire safety and evacuation procedures
Toughened glass to be used at all times
Prevention of Public Nuisance
All evening events to cease by 00.30
Protection of Children from Harm
No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are permitted at any time and any children are to be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
1 A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
2 Photo driving licence
3 Passport
4 Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office
All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer. Each entry shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers, Licensing Authority Officers or other parties acting on their behalf. Each entry shall be kept for a period of 24 months from the date of completion.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age and that proof of age may be requested at the p-remises and those accepted means of proof of age as listed above.
