Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  Alcohol must be stored behind the bar area and shuttered during closing hours

   

  Public Safety

   

  Risk assessment to be reviewed annually

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  Children under 16 must only be allowed in the licensed area if accompanied by an adult, under 16's must leave the premises by 20.00

   

  Persons under appearing under 18 will not be served or supplied alcohol, appropriate ID to be requested if appropriate

   

  A written policy must be in place and staff to be trained and records kept in that policy

   

  Notices must be displayed at the entrance to the premise stating:

   

  1                                   it is un lawful for persons under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol, or               for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18               years of age

  2                                   Proof of age may be requested and acceptable means of proof are               as follows:

   

                              A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail                                           Consortiums Proof of Age Scheme (PASS)

   

                              British Photo Driving Licence

   

                              Passport

   

                              Any other identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln                                           Police Licensing Office
