Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,
Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
· A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
· Photo driving licence
· Passport
All staff members to undergo training in the above policy and a record kept of the date of training and signed by the trainer and staff member. Each entry to be retained for a period of 24 months from date of completion. This record must be available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers. Licensing Authority or other parties acting on their behalf.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
