Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Off-Licensed Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.

   

  CONSUMPTION

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.

• Protection of Children from Harm

   

  There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:

   

  A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

  Photo driving licence

  Passport

  Any other means approved and accredited by Lincoln Police Licensing Office

   

  All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer

   

  Each entry shall be retained for a period of 24 months from date of completion

   

  This record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers or other parties acting on their behalf

   

  A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

   

  A refusal register to be maintained on the premise containing such information as may be required by Lincolnshire Police, and shall be available for inspection at all times.

   

  The register shall be in a bound pages format with each page consecutively numbered

   

  Each entry shall be dated and signed by staff member making the refusal

   

  Description or name of customer to be recorded

   

  Each entry to be dated and signed by DPS/Manager/Supervisor

   

  Register to be retained for period of 24 months

   

  Register to be produced on request of Police Officer or Licensing Officer

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  A tamper resistant 'fit for purpose' CCTV system to be in place on the premises and record all hours that the premises are open to the public

   

  A secure storage system to be in place for CCTV recorded images which must be retained for a period of no less than 28 days in unedited form and must be endorsed with the relevant accurate time & date

   

  The system to monitor and record all exits and areas not easily observed by staff, by the use of colour images from each camera continually

   

  All CCTV recordings to be available to Lincolnshire Police at any time requested by them
