Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Off-Licensed Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.
CONSUMPTION
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.

Prevention of Crime & Disorder
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and must be ’Fit for Purpose‘ by complying with the following conditions; a) The CCTV shall be used to record colour images to assist in the identification of individuals during all hours that the premises are open to the public. b) Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc.), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided. c) The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 14 days. d) All CCTV recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request. e) Signage shall be clearly displayed informing customers that a CCTV system is in operation and recording on the premises.
