Additional Conditions

  Tap water must be provided on request to customers

  No irresponsible promotions

  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a)               at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of               the premises licence or,

   

  b)               at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a               personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol:-
  
  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

  The responsible person shall ensure that:-
  
  (a)               Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for sale or               consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied               having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely               closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures:-
  
  Beer or cider - ½ pint;
  Gin, rum, vodka or whisky - 25ml or 35ml; and
  Still wine in a glass - 125ml; and
  
  (b)               Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  Supervisor to be linked to other late night establishments & any crime or disorder in the vicinity of the establishment to be reported to the Police.

   

  "No Drugs" policy notices to be displayed.

   

  Pubwatch banned persons list to be displayed.

   

  ID checks on persons not appearing to be 21, photographic proof required: current driving licence with photo, passport, prove-it cards.

   

  'Prove-it' applications forms to be available.

   

  Notices to be displayed asking customers to leave glasses and bottles when leaving the premise.

   

  Public Safety

   

  No hot food provision during the evening.

   

  All fire equipment to be maintained regularly.

   

  Drinking water to be available at all times.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  No live acts or singing on the premise, sign to be displayed stating 'No Singing'.

   

  Public will be asked to leave the premises quietly & orderly.

   

  External tables to be brought inside at 21.00hrs.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  No children or persons under the age of 21 to be allowed admission in the evenings.

   

  During daytime hours, no children to be permitted under the age of 11, those over 11 must be accompanied by an adult
