ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention of Crime & Disorder
There shall be displayed clearly and prominently at the entrance doors, signs stating that it is unlawful for persons under 18 of age to buy or attempt to buy alcohol and also that it is unlawful for persons to buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of or with intent to supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age unless recipient is 16/17 years of age, is taking a table meal accompanied by an adult and consumes only beer, wine or cider with that meal.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
1 Portman Prove It Card
2 Any other means approved and accredited by Lincoln Police Licensing Office
All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer. The record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers or other parties acting on their behalf.
A refusal register to be kept at the premises, each page to be consecutively numbered, each entry to be dated and signed by a staff member making the refusal, description or name of customer to be recorded, each entry to be dated and signed by DPS/Manager/Supervisor, register to be retained for a period of 24 months, register to be produced on request of Police Officer or Licensing Officer.
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the pub. Where recording is on a removable medium (e.g. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided. The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days. Any outside area used for the consumption of alcohol shall be fully covered by a CCTV to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police. All CCTV recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request. Signage shall be clearly displayed informing customers that a CCTV system is in operation and recording on the premises.
There will be no sales of alcohol for consumption within the farm shop.
Alcohol will only be sold for consumption with a substantial meal which will be eaten within the coffee shop.
Public Safety
No smoking on the premises.
