ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Area to be monitored by CCTV
Ensure a 2.5m access and egress route is maintained
Vehicle movement to be limited to certain times & under the supervision of stewards
Stewards to be available at all times during the event
Ensure the adoption of LESAG is adopted
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
No alcoholic drinks allowed to be sold within the site
Stewards to notify Police of any disruption via the command centre
Public Safety
St Johns Ambulance to be present for the duration of the event
All outside equipment to be PAT tested and covered by RDC
Safety boat to be on the river during the duration of the event
Fire fighting equipment as per LESAG recommendations to be available
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Volume of amplified music to be under the control of competent technicians and volume to be adjusted as required (Firework display only)
Litter bins and waste disposal to be the responsibility of WLDC
Additional toilets to be provided in Sanders Yard
Protection of Children from Harm
Clearly identified stewards to be on hand at all times to help keep children away from areas identified as a possible source of risk and in the case of lost children
Children to be discouraged from walking along the wall by the river
No alcohol to be sold on the site
