Mandatory Conditions Films (Licenced Premises)
Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, * (see below) admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by that body, unless the licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that, in relation to a particular film, admission must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.
* Admission of children is restricted in accordance with the recommendation of the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC)
“children” means persons aged under 18: and “film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c 39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Comply with reasonable requests from Lincolnshire Police in relations to any event
Public Safety
Lincolnshire Police & Lincolnshire Fire & rescue to be notified of events one calender month prior to commencement of events
Risk assessments to be supplied to Lincolnshire Police no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of events
All event organisers to ensure that their organisation is indemnified for public liability prior to the cemmencement of events
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Stewards to be provided of at least 1 to 100 persons present
No event to continue past Midnight
Additional litter bins to be provided for events and litter picking and removal of any detrius resulting from the event within 24 hours of the cessation of the event
