ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Records to be kept of all committee members training in hire procedures
Bookings register to be kept to include all details of hirer etc, and kept for 12 months
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
All committee members to be briefed on the effect sales of alcohol have on a community, records to be signed by the individuals and kept for 24 months
Public Safety
Maximum capacity, 100 when tables and chairs in use maximum capacity is to be 60.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Any door staff employed must be SIA registered, a record to be kept containing the following information:
1 Door Supervisors name
2 SIA licence number
3 Time and date they commenced and concluded their duty
4 Door Supervisors signature
5 Each entry to be endorsed by DPS or other authorised person
Protection of Children from Harm
Under 16's to be accompanied by an adult at all times, under 18's not allowed to approach the bar hatch or go behind the bar, signage to be displayed notifying customers of this
The following forms of identification only, to be accepted:
6 A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
7 British Photo Driving Licence
8 Passport
9 Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincolnshire Police Licensing Authority
Notice to be displayed at he entrance to the premise where it can be clearly seen, stating that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 and that proof of age may be requested
Alcohol to be kept in a locked cupboard behind the bar
In the event of a teenage party (under 18), the hall is only to be hired out to persons over 21 and is a resident in the local villages the hall serves and is deemed a responsible person by the committee, ratio of 1 adult to 5 children is also to be used
