ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
SIA registered door staff to be employed at the event. A log book will be kept in the marquee of all persons employed as door supervisors with relevant requested information such as licence number, hours of work. The number of persons entering the marquee to be recorded and controlled by the registered security team.
No sales of tickets at the door.
Public Safety
Plastic glasses only to be used at the event.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Level of amplification will be monitored to ensure it is not too high.
All refuse to be collected and removed from the site by the organiser.
Protection of Children from Harm
Notices to be displayed in and at the entrance to the marquee indicating that it is unlawful for any person under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
A clear written policy is to be held in the marquee to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age and the requirement to produce identification.
All children under 16 to be accompanied at all times by an adult.
Children under 16 are not permitted to sit or stand at the bar counter.
A separate soft drinks bar to be utilised away from the main bar selling alcoholic drinks.
