Additional Conditions

  Tap water must be provided on request to customers

  No irresponsible promotions

  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a)               at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of               the premises licence or,

   

  b)               at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a               personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol:-
  
  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

  The responsible person shall ensure that:-
  
  (a)               Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for sale or               consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied               having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely               closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures:-
  
  Beer or cider - ½ pint;
  Gin, rum, vodka or whisky - 25ml or 35ml; and
  Still wine in a glass - 125ml; and
  
  (b)               Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  All staff to be trained and kept up to date with the licensing Laws and any relevant changes.

   

  A written record of all training will be kept and signed by the staff.

   

  Signage will be on the premises advising of CCTV in operation.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  A tamper resistant CCTV system will be in operation and will record internally and externally.

   

  Unedited recordings will be kept for no less than 28 days and available to the police on request.

   

  Any incidents will be actioned and recorded by the DPS.

   

  Public Safety

   

  All exits will be kept clear at all times.

   

  Fire exits and First Aid signage will be clearly visible.

   

  All smoke detectors and fire fighting equipment will be checked on a regular basis and recorded.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  All children must be accompanied by an adult.

   

  Signage will be in place requesting clientele to leave the premises quietly.

   

  Assistance will be given in customer dispersal by providing a service for calling a taxi.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  All staff will be trained and be aware of selling alcohol to anybody who appears to be underage.

   

  The only acceptable ID will be photographic ID such as Passport, Portman Card and Photo-Driving Licence. If the customer has no ID, there will be no sale of alcohol.
