Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Records to be kept and made available to Police or Licensing Officers of any customers who are excluded from the premises.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Annual Fire Safety checks to be carried out by Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Signage to be displayed at all times requesting customers to leave the premises quietly, orderly and respect the neighbourhood.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Children under 16 must vacate the premises by 20:00 daily
Proof of age policy to be enforced
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Members of staff to monitor noise levels and to police the levels of noise nuisance within the immediate vicinity of the premises .
