• Mandatory Conditions Club Premises

   

  A certificate which allows off sales to a member is subject to the following conditions:

   

  1. The supply is made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  2. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.

  3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

  4. Where the club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the club must restrict the admission of persons under 18 in accordance with a recommendation of the film classification body or, where there is no recommendation, the recommendation of the licensing authority.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  The club will monitor all its facilities including the provision of public entertainment, music and dancing and the sale and supply of alcohol.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  The club will be aware of its obligations in designated areas under the Licensing Act 2003 and will ensure that there will be safe facilities for the use of visitors.

   

  The club will liaise closely with the public and licensing authorities, including the police, to ensure that these obligations are met.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Regular public safety checks will take place at the premises.

   

  Fire prevention and health & safety measures will be monitored on a regular basis.

   

  Protection of Children form harm

   

  Young persons will be permitted to use the premises in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

   

  The club will cater for family and social groups when special events are celebrated.

   

  All persons employed by or working with the club are aware of the rules prohibiting the sale of alcohol to persons below the age of 18.
