ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Only staff that has been trained in aspects of their job which may have an impact on crime and disorder will be employed.
Staff will be trained in how to deal with angry customers and how to respond if crime and antisocial behaviour is witnessed.
Police advice will be taken as to whether to close the shop or not in the event of any disorder.
Public Safety
All relevant public health and Health & Safety Acts will be adhered to.
There will be no potentially dangerous items such as knives or glass bottles within the reach of customers.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Customers will be politely asked to disperse from outside the premises to prevent any public nuisance.
