Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Off-Licensed Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.

THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
A proof of age policy is to be applied with the accepted means of proof of age being:
1. Passport
2. Photo Driving Licence
3. Citizencard
4. Portman Prove It Card
5. Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police.
