No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Children under 16 years of age will be supervised at all times whilst in the tea rooms by an accompanying responsible adult.
Children under 16 years shall not be permitted to remain seated or standing at any bar, counter or server in the tea rooms that dispenses alcohol.
Any dance area shall be delineated and shall be clear of any non permanent fixtures when being used for dancing.
Persons who are dancing in the premises shall not consume food or drink whilst dancing.
There shall be no 18th birthday party events to be held within the premises.
A proof of age policy to be appplied with the accepted means of proof of age being:
Passport, Photo Driving Licence, A recognised valid photo ID card bearing the PASS hologram, any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police
