ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
All staff to be trained in dealing with any form of disturbances.
Alcohol is only served to persons ordering food and:
a) Where it is served to those dining on the premises, it is served in open vessels.
b) Where is served with a takeaway order for food, it is supplied with the food, in closed vessels and not allowed to be consumed on the premises.
Public Safety
All electrical and fire fighting equipment is to be serviced annually.
All safety regulations to be adhered to.
All relevant staff to have the Health & Hygiene Food Certificate.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Regular 'litter patrols' to be maintained to clear up any litter outside the premises.
The current CCTV system shall be maintained in working order and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
Where recording is on a removable medium (e.g. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days. (The system shall be updated to allow this to be possible within 3 months of the issue of this licence).
Protection of Children from Harm
There are to be no electrical sockets or sharp objects in the public areas.
Alcohol will not be served to any person under the age of 18.
No child under the age of 16 will be allowed to remain on the premises (for the purpose of dining) after 21:00 save that between 21:00 and 22:00 such a child may remain for the purposes of dining when accompanied and supervised by an adult.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
Where the delivery service is used, the drivers will be instructed to hand over any alcohol in closed vessels to someone over 18 years of age and the same ID procedures will be used as above.
