ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The committee/bar staff to constantly monitor arrivals and departures, and all guests must be signed in by a member of the club.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
The club constitution will include rules governing members' conduct and their guests.
Any mis-conduct will be dealt with by the committee.
Bar staff will not admit or server members who behave in a drunk or disorderly manner.
Public Safety
The club will comply with all Health & Safety and fire regulations.
Staff, committee and officials will be instructed in the clubs fire drill.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Sound levels will be constantly supervised by the committee.
The club will be willing to join any PubWatch, neighbourhood watch or other initiative which prevents public nuisance.
The club will subscribe to the 'Think 21' scheme.
Protection of Children form Harm
There is in place a junior membership scheme.
Children are only admitted under the supervision of a member parent or member guardian.
Children are not permitted to stand or be seated at the bar.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age. A refusals book will be maintained and be made available to any authorised official upon request.
