Prevention of Crime & Disorder
The CCTV installed must be operated when the premises are open to the public and all recordings kept for 31 days. These recordings must be made available for inspection upon request by an authorised officer.
Public Safety
Fire fighting equipment and electrical equipment will be tested annually.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Only soft background music to be played on the premises.
Notices to be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly.
