Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

Prevention of Public Nuisance
Residents in the locality of the pub to be informed of any amplified music functions
Protection of Children from Harm
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
All children are excluded from the bar serving area
Any unsuitable entertainment to be pre-announced and children removed from the premises or excluded
Proof of age to be requested from individuals who may seem under age, i.e. driving licence etc.
