ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Signs showing opening hours and age restrictions to be displayed on the outside of the building.
Zero tolerance to drugs.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognises proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions that adversely affect any of the four licensing objectives.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
The beer garden must be vacated by 22:00
Management responsible for controlling the volume of music, CD systems and Juke Boxes.
Protection of Children from Harm
Only supervised children will be welcome in the beer garden between 12:00 and 19:00
Children will not be allowed in the servery area or in area of gaming machines.
