ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of crime & Disorder
Toilet area to be checked regularly.
The licensee/staff to monitor customer behaviour, especially during busy periods.
Public Safety
Health & Safety policy to be adhered to.
A quartley risk assessment to be carried out.
All fire fighting equipment and portable electrical applinaces to be serviced annually.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
A noise survey to carried out regularly especially when entertainment is being provided.
The use of the beer garden/patio area will cease at 23:00
Protection of Children form HArm
Unaccompanied children are not allowed on the premises and all children must be off the premises by 20:00
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognises proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
