Additional Conditions

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

   

  PERMITTED HOURS

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  Rota system in place to check toilet area.

   

  Licensee / staff to monitor customer behaviour especially during busy periods.

   

  A minimum of two door staff on duty at any one time.

   

  Drug prevention measure and drink driving measures to be in place.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Health and safety measures to be adhered to.

   

  A quarterly risk assessment to be carried out.

   

  All fire fighting equipment to be serviced annually.

   

  Protection of Children form Harm

   

  Unaccompanied children are not permitted on the premises.

   

  Children are only allowed in the lounge/dining area.

   

  Use of appropriate photo ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card etc), staff training, and use of refusal books in dealing with possible underage drinking.
