ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
All committee members will read and understand the licensing objectives and will ensure that these are included when planning all events.
When the hall is used by private hire, all hirers will be given a copy of the policies covering the licensing objectives.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Adequate supervision will be provided at all events.
Maintain good relations with authorities such as the police and their advice will be acted upon.
Public Safety
There will be access to first aid at all events.
All safety equipment will be tested annually.
All fire exits will be kept clear and well signed.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Any problems identified at an event will be dealt with by the committee / relevant authorities.
Private hirers will be instructed to leave the premises promptly and with a minimum of disturbance.
All doors and windows will remain closed during the playing of music.
Protection of Children from Harm
Government guidelines to be followed re supervision.
No unaccompanied children aged below 8 years will be allowed on the premises.
When a bar is obtained for the premises, no children will be allowed in the bar area.
