ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Registered door supervisors to be provided as required for regulated entertainment where numbers attending 100.
No admission or re-admission after 23:00 Sunday - Thursday and 01:00 Friday, Saturday, Bank Holidays and Xmas Day.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Maintain informal links with neighbouring licensed premises
Public Safety
First aid provision to be in place.
The maximum number of persons, including staff and performers, allowed in these premises during performance of dance or while dancing takes place shall be determined at 60.
A defined area shall be provided for dancing, performances of dance and any entertainment of similar description and this area shall be cleared of all non-permanent fixtures and fittings during the activity.
Persons who are dancing in the premises in the designated area shall not be permitted to consume food or drink of any description within that designated area.
Real or artificial smoke shall not be produced in the premises.
Free cold drinking water shall be available at all times on request.
Only glasses that are made of 'toughened glass' will be used and no drink will be sold in either glass bottle or any other vessel or container made from glass. Any drink will be either served in a bottle, which is not made from glass or alternatively will be decanted into a container or vessel made from non-splintering plastic or paper before being given to the customer.
Boxing and wrestling will take the form of demonstrations only.
Such events shall take place not more than four times per annum and notification of such events shall be given to the Lincoln Police Licensing Department at least 28 days prior to the vent date.
Such events shall take place at the premises only out doors in the beer garden or in a Marquee erected in the beer garden and shall comply with the regulations of the sports regulating authority.
No drinks shall be removed from the premises into the beer garden in a glass unless it is made of 'toughened glass'.
No drink for consumption in the beer garden will be sold in glass bottles. Any drink will be either served in a bottle which is not made from glass or alternatively will be decanted into a container or vessel made from non-splintering plastic or paper before being given to the customer.
Where the entertainment requires the provision of a ring, it shall be installed by a competent person who shall ensure that it is properly constructed and supported and all materials used in its construction are non-combustible. The premises licence holder shall obtain a certificate from that competent person that the ring has been correctly constructed is fit for use and is constructed of non-combustible material. The premises licence holder shall produce that certificate if required to do so to an authorised officer of the council or Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service.
With regard to wrestling or other entertainments of a similar nature no member of the public shall be allowed to be seated or to enter an area within 2.5 meters of the outermost edge of the playing area of the sport.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signage to be in place requesting patrons to leave quietly.
Protection of Children from Harm
Any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognises proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
1 Any other means approved and accredited by Lincoln Police Licensing Office
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
No unsupervised children under 18 allowed on the premises.
No children under 14 allowed on the premises after 21:00
