Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  Continue to be member of Market Rasen Pub Watch

   

  No glasses or bottles permitted beyond outside drinking boundary

   

  Plastic glasses to be provided for large outside events

   

  Public Safety

   

  Occupancy 120 maximum

   

  Smoke alarms to be tested monthly

   

  At least one first aider to be on the premises at all times when bar is open

   

  All staff to be trained in basic fire safety and evacuation procedures

   

  Evacuation procedures to be on display for public to see

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.  That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:

   

                     -              a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British

                              Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

                -              photo driving licence

                -              passport

                -              Citizen card supported by the Home Office

                -              Portman Prove It card

                -              Any other means approved and accredited by Lincoln Police

                              Licensing Office.

   

  All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer.

   

  This record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers or other parties acting on their behalf.

   

  A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate;

   

                a)              That it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol

                              or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under                                           18 years of age.

                b)              That proof of age may be requested at the premises and those

                              accepted means for proof of age listed.

   

  Alternative - where primary use will be a restaurant

   

                a)              That it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase

                              alcohol.

                b)              That it is unlawful for any person to purchase alcohol on

                              behalf of a person under 18 years of age (unless the recipient is 16                                           or 17 years of age, is taking a table meal accompanied by an adult                                           and consumes only beer, wine or cider with a meal).

                c)              That proof of age may be requested at the premises and those

                              accepted means for proof of age listed.
