ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Maintain membership of local pub watch scheme
No drink promotion schemes offering 2 drinks for the price of one or unlimited supplies of alcohol for a set price
Public Safety
Area to be defined for dancing & entertainment and the area cleared of all non personal fixtures and fitting during the activity
No food or drink to be consumed in the above defined area, signage to be clearly displayed stating this
Free cold drinking water to be available at all times on request
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notices asking customers to leave the premises & the area quietly must be displayed at all exits
Protection of Children from Harm
Proof of age must be produced to staff by anyone who appears to be under 18 years of age, acceptable proof of age shall be:
PASS accredited proof of age card
Photo driving licence
Passport
Any other form of identification approved by Lincolnshire Police
All point of sale staff must undergo training on under age sales and a record kept of the date of training and signed by the member of staff and trainer and retained for a period of 24 months from date of completion. This record shall be made available on request for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers, WLDC Licensing Officers or other parties acting on their behalf
Notices must be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen stating that. it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 and that proof of age may be requested and list the accepted means of providing such proof
No organised functions are to be held at the premise aimed exclusively or predominantly at teenagers
