Additional Conditions

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

   

  Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection 1(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by that body.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  To continue working with and take heed of advice given by all relevant authorities in order to provide a safe and enjoyable environment.

   

  The CCTV system will be maintained in working order. It will be used to record at least all the hours that the premises are open to the public, and the images will be retained in unedited form for at least 14 days.

   

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  No customers will be allowed access to premises at any time if carrying open or sealed bottles.

   

  Signs will be displayed on premises indicating standard hours during which the sale of alcohol will be permitted.

   

  No irresponsible drinks promotions.

   

  Proof of age for purchasing alcohol is rigorously followed and only photograph ID is acceptable. This must be a passport or drivers licence or any other deemed acceptable by the local Police Licensing Officer.

   

  Staff training is ongoing re licensing issues.

   

   

  Public Safety

   

  All firedoor opening and closing mechanisms will be properly maintained.

   

  All fire and smoke alarms and fire fighting equipment will be properly maintained.

   

  Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how to call the Fire Brigade will be displayed.

   

  There is adequate emergency lighting in the event of a power failure.

   

  We keep within the accommodation levels recommended by all authorities and will always react on any further requests by such authorities.

   

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  When amplified music is being played on the premises after 22:00, windows and doors, save for entrance/exit will be closed.

   

  Signage will request customers leaving the premises, do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.

   

  Music is provided via a CD player from behind the bar and volumes are kept to a reasonable level.

   

  There are advertisements for local taxi companies and staff will always provide help in contacting these companies. CCTV will be installed. See a) for conditions.

   

  Protection of children from Harm

   

  All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised at all times.

   

  Children under 16 are not allowed access to gaming machines and pool table.

   

  Children under 16 are not allowed to remain on the premises after 20:30 hours.
