Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking a table meal.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
CCTV shall record during all hours the premises are open and operating under the authority of a temporary events notice. Recordings shall be provided to Lincolnshire Police on request and in any case retained for 28 days.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
No external drinking beyond 23:00
