Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  PERMITTED HOURS

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

  In this condition, permitted hours mean:

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  All events at Burton Waters are for members and their guests only, and not open to the general public, all guests asked to complete a guest registration card, maximum of 140 per event, all events adult only.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  The installed a digitally recorded CCTV system with 16 cameras covering all aspects of the building, to be recording 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 60 days automatically stored.

   

  CCTV system to cover all areas inside and outside the club.  All members’ names, address's and photographs to be stored on the club computer.

   

  Any one found with illegal drugs or any illegal drugs found to be handed over to the police and relevant authorities.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Capacity restricted to 140 persons at any one time.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Windows and doors to be kept shut during regulated entertainment.

   

  No disposal of bottles and rubbish in main bin during the hours of 23.00 and 07.00.

   

  Only forms of identification accepted on the premises will be passport or driving licence.

   

  No entertainment of adult or sexual nature at anytime.
