ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
There will be a Duty Manager on site at all times when the Club is open.
The Committee will ensure that the appropriate signage is placed to ensure compliance with the Associations policies.
Specific training will be undertaken by the DPS for all staff, volunteers or otherwise, who work on bar duties to ensure compliance.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Plastic glasses will be used for drinking in the designated area outside the club.
Public Safety
Each floor has a maximum capacity of 120 people.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
The DPS will manage noise effectively and reduce the output as and when necessary.
Any outside area in use will be restricted from use after 21:00
Protection of Children from Harm
Accompanied children will be allowed access to the full facilities of the club until 00:00
No unaccompanied children under 16 will be allowed into the premises at any time.
There will be a marked area surrounding the Gaming Machines to denote that the area is for over 18's.
