ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Membership to the club in is to be monitored and anyone abusing such conditions will be suspended.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
To remain a member of PubWatch and to display all relevant notices.
No irresponsible drinks promotions to be held on the premises.
All bottles and glasses are to be collected as they become empty.
Zero tolerance to drugs.
Public Safety
All fire exits to be kept clear.
Electrical equipment, fire alarm, emergency lighting and fire fighting equipment to be checked annually and certificates held.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
During regulated entertainment, all doors and windows are to be kept closed save for in the event of an emergency.
The general public are not allowed onto the premises.
Protection of Children from Harm
Only members’ children are allowed onto the premises and must be accompanied /supervised by a full paid up member.
Children are not allowed:
1 Near the fruit machines,
2 To take part in any form of gambling or bingo,
3 Not allowed in the concert room during club entertainment.
Conditions agreed with by Lincolnshire Police:
1.
a) ‘Approved adult entertainment’ shall describe entertainment consisting of striptease, wearing of see through material or other performance or entertainment involving nudity.
b) No still or moving photographic or video recordings other than by CCTV monitoring equipment installed for crime prevention purposes shall be made of any performance of ‘approved adult entertainment’.
c) There shall be no images of nakedness, nudity or of any description of a sexually explicit nature to cause offence as to the nature of the entertainment being held on the premises on any external advertising.
d) Performances of an Approved adult entertainment shall not be the subject of any advertising involving the distribution of leaflets, promotion by canvassers or by touting in the street.
e) The approved adult entertainment shall not be visible from the street.
f) Any person who can be observed from outside the premises shall be decently dressed.
g) No person either resident, staff, performer, entertainer, visitor or customer under the age of 18 years shall be allowed in any part of the premises whilst an approved adult entertainment is being performed or at any time whilst a rehearsal or audition for such entertainment is being conducted.
h) A clear notice shall be displayed at each entrance to the premises, in a prominent position so that it can easily be read by people entering the premises, saying,
NO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS SHALL BE ADMITTED
i) The approved adult entertainment shall be given only by performers/entertainers who are engaged exclusively for that purpose.
j) No performer shall be allowed to work if they appear to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs.
k) The approved entertainment shall be restricted to dancing and the removal of clothes, there shall not be any other form of sexual activity.
l) There shall be no physical participation between any member of the audience and any other performer.
m) The Licensee, management or anyone concerned in providing the approved adult entertainment shall not encourage or permit the encouragement of the audience to throw money or otherwise gratuities to the performers.
n) No performer shall accept or give any telephone number or business card or note to or from members of the audience.
p) Performers shall be provided with changing room(s) which shall be located so as to be separate and apart from public facilities.
q) No person other than performers and authorised staff shall be permitted in the changing room(s).
r) On arrival each customer shall be provided with a copy of the House Rules, which shall include conditions l) to q) inclusive.
s) Each performer shall be provided with a copy of these conditions a) to s) inclusive.

There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
- A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
- Photocard driving licence
- Passport
- Citizen card supported by the Home Office
- Portman Group Prove It card
- Any other means approved and accredited by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer.
This record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers or other parties acting on their behalf.
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate;
a) That it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
b) That proof of age may be requested at the premises and those accepted means for proof of age listed.
