Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

   

   

  PERMITTED HOURS

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

  In this condition, permitted hours mean:

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  Zero tolerance on drugs to be maintained.

   

  No 'Happy Hour' promotions of any kind at the premises.

   

  Public Safety

   

  The area designated for dancing is within the area marked 'Function/Dining Area', and when in use for dancing this area will be free of all furniture and fixings.

   

  No adult entertainment will involve nudity or allow any person under the age of 18 to be present.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  The area around the premises to be checked for noise nuisance on a regular basis.

   

  A thorough 'litter patrol' to be carried out to prevent litter nuisance.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  Children will be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on the premises indoors or outdoors.

   

  Acceptable photographic ID only to be accepted as proof of age.

   

  Children are not allowed in the bar areas.
