CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
No Happy Hours or other irresponsible drinks promotions to be allowed on the premises.
Staff trained not to serve people who appear to be intoxicated.
ID will be required for customers who appear to be under 18 and will be in the format as advised by Lincolnshire Police.
Bad behaviour and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
Zero tolerance to drugs policy in force.
Public Safety
The maximum number of people on the premises shall be no more than 100.
The defined area for dancing shall be the 'Pool Room' as on the plan and the area defined for performances of dance and any other entertainment shall be at the right hand end of the main Lounge Bar. These areas shall be cleared on all non-permanent fixtures and fittings during the activity.
All glasses during such activities shall be toughened or plastic.
Persons who are dancing in the premises in the designated area shall not be permitted to consume food or drink of any description or possess any lighted cigarette, cigar or object of similar nature, within that designated area.
Real or artificial smoke shall not be produced in the premises.
Free cold drinking water shall be available at all times on request.
No drinks for consumption off the premises to be made in open containers.
Fire extinguishers to be regularly inspected.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signage to require customers to leave the premises quietly.
The emptying of bottle bins and deliveries to be completed daytime only.
All windows and doors to be closed during regulated entertainment.
Volume of music to be monitored at all times.
The beer garden to close at 23:00
Protection of Children form Harm
Children under 16 will not be permitted on the premises without an adult.
Children will be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Children will not be allowed to sit or stand at the bar.
