ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Public Safety
Capacity will be limited to 130 persons.
A defined area shall be defined for dancing, performances of dance and any entertainment of a similar description and this area shall be cleared of all non-permanent fixtures and fittings during the activity.
During such activities all glasses shall be toughened or plastic.
Persons who are dancing in the premises in the designated area shall not be permitted to consume food or drink of any description or posses any lighted cigarette, cigar or object of a similar nature within that designated area.
Real or artificial smoke shall not be produced in the premises.
Free cold drinking water shall be available at all times on request.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
All windows will be kept closed after 22:00
Outside drinking will end at 23:00
All external doors and windows will be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of emergency.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residence. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making then and the results including any remedial action.
Protection of Children from Harm
Children under 16 will not be permitted to sit or stand at the point of sale (bar)
Children under 16 will be supervised by an appropriate responsible adult while on the premises
