CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Windows and doors to be closed during music performances.
Live music to finish at 24:00.
Protection of Children from Harm
No persons under 18 years of age to be allowed to remain on the premises after 22:00 or admitted thereafter.
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to remain seated or stand in the bar area (excluding restaurant & games area).
Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. (excluding children staying in the flat upstairs, children of the DPS and Premise Licence Holders).
A written policy must be in place to prevent sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age, the policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of ID:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving Licence
Passport
Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincoln Police Licensing Office.
Signage clearly detailing these restrictions shall be displayed at the entrances to the premise.
Added after minor variation application:-
No adult entertainment shall be permitted as defined by:
performances which are not unlawful are given by one or more persons present and performing, which wholly or mainly comprise the sexual stimulation of persons admitted to the premises (whether by verbal or any other means);
or any services which are not unlawful and which do not constitute sexual activity are provided by one or more persons who are without clothes or who expose their breasts or genital, urinary or excretory organs at any time during the entertainment;
or entertainments which are not unlawful are provided by one or more persons who are without clothes or who expose their breasts or genital, urinary or excretory organs at any time during the entertainment;
or pictures are exhibited by whatever means (and whether or not to the accompaniment of music) in such circumstances that it is reasonable for the appropriate authority to decide that the principle purpose of the exhibition other than the purpose of generating income, is to stimulate or encourage sexual activity or acts of force and restraint associated with sexual activity.
