Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,
Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection 1(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by that body.
1. Where -
(a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
“children” means persons aged under 18: and
“film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c 39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Conditions form Justices' Licence carried over:
Alcohol shall only be sold or supplied to persons attending a bona fide function at the premises, organised by a person other than the licensee or other person concerned with the management of the premises, such function having been booked not less than seven days in advance. A record of all such functions shall be kept in a bound paginated book available at the premises for inspection by the police at any reasonable time.
ADDITIONAL PERMITTED HOURS
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours mean:
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
