Mandatory Conditions Club Premises

A certificate which allows off sales to a member is subject to the following conditions:

1. The supply is made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
2. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.
3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
4. Where the club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the club must restrict the admission of persons under 18 in accordance with a recommendation of the film classification body or, where there is no recommendation, the recommendation of the licensing authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Staff & committee members to continue monitoring behaviour.

Continue to encourage members to park in suitable places.

The Protection of Children from Harm

Children to be supervised at all times as per club rules.
Under 18's not permitted in club unless accompanied by a member.
Under 18's not allowed to play on gaming machines.
Appropriate identification to be requested to ensure alcohol is served to over 18's.
