ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
A tamper resistant CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises and must be fit for purpose by complying with the following conditions:
1 The CCTV shall be used to record colour images to assist in the identification of individuals during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
2 The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 21 days.
3 All CCTV recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request.
Protection of Children from Harm
A written proof of age policy is to be applied and accepted means of proof of age to be accepted are:
4 Passport
5 Photo Driving Licence
6 A recognised valid photo ID card bearing the PASS hologram
7 Any future accredited and accepted proof of age as defined by Lincolnshire Police
Challenge 21 scheme to be operated at the premise.
A training program for sales staff shall be implemented in regard to under age sales of alcohol and a written record of such training retained for a period of no less than 2 years.
Notices shall be displayed to indicate that it is illegal for persons under 18 years of age to purchase alcohol or anyone over 18 years of age to attempt to purchase alcohol for a person under 18 years of age.
A refusal register shall be retained at the premises with each entry showing time, date, reason and staff member who refused the sale. The register shall be retained for a period of no less than 12 months.
