  Tap water must be provided on request to customers

  No irresponsible promotions

  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a)               at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of               the premises licence or,

   

  b)               at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a               personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol:-
  
  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

  The responsible person shall ensure that:-
  
  (a)               Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for sale or               consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied               having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely               closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures:-
  
  Beer or cider - ½ pint;
  Gin, rum, vodka or whisky - 25ml or 35ml; and
  Still wine in a glass - 125ml; and
  
  (b)               Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

   

  Disruptive and violent customers to be excluded from the premises.

   

  Intoxicated persons to be refused alcohol.

   

  Glasses and bottles to be collected from tables and bars regularly.

   

  Staff to be kept up to date of drug awareness.

   

  Be a member of local pubwatch.

   

  Last admission to the premises will be 15 minutes prior to the last permitted sale of alcohol.

   

  Ensure fire escapes are not blocked.

   

  Ensure fire extinguishers are regularly maintained and properly certified.

   

  To maintain an accident and equipment journal.

   

  Warning signs to be used to alert patrons to potential hazards.

   

  Occupancy figure to be limited to 150.

   

  All deliveries and rubbish collection to occur between 08:00 and 16:00

   

  All non security lights to be switched off after closing time.

   

  DPS and staff will monitor external noise levels to ensure no nuisance is caused during regulated entertainment.

   

  Clear 'No ID, no serve' and 'no proof, no entry' policies to be in force. Accepted proof of age only to be via photographioc evidence, e.g. Driving Licence, PASS card.

   

  Staff to be made aware of correct and valid forms of ID and to be aware of common falsifying methods.

   

  Children under the age of 18 only allowed on the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult.

   

  Children under 18 only allowed to remain on the premises until 21:00.

   

  Premises to operate a 'Challenge 21' proof of age policy.
