CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Maintain a good knowledge of all laws that are relevant to the on-licence industry.
Promote items (inc. food) for purchase that may assist in preventing intoxication when a sale of alcohol is being conducted.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Disruptive and violent customers to be excluded from the premises.
Intoxicated persons to be refused alcohol.
Glasses and bottles to be collected from tables and bars regularly.
Staff to be kept up to date of drug awareness.
Maintain good and communicative relationship with local law enforcement agencies.
Public Safety
Ensure fire escapes are not blocked.
Ensure fire extinguishers are regularly maintained and properly certified.
Any smoking debris or hot cooking waste to be disposed of in fire proof garbage bins.
All electrical equipment to be maintained to proper standards and turned off when not in use.
To maintain an accident and equipment journal.
Warning signs to be used to alert patrons to potential hazards.
Prevention of Nuisance
All deliveries and rubbish collection to occur between 08:00 and 16:00
All non security lights to be switched off after closing time.
Bins and rubbish to be cleared regularly.
Protection of Children from Harm
Clear 'No ID, no serve' and 'no proof, no entry' policies to be in force.
Staff to be made aware of correct and valid forms of ID and to be aware of common falsifying methods.
Children under the age of 16 only allowed on the premises when accompanied by a responsible adult.
