ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There shall be no dancing or performance of dance at the premises.
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public. A secure storage system of any removable medium used for the recordings shall be provided and the stored images shall be retained unedited for a period of not less than 28 days.
Any outside area used for consumption of alcohol shall be fully covered by a CCTV to the satisfaction of the Police.
All CCTV recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request.
Public Safety
Function bookings will be limited to 80 persons.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Live music will end at 23:30
Recorded music will end at 23:00
All windows will be closed at 23:00
All external doors and windows will be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used fro regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a logbook kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
Protection of Children from Harm
No unaccompanied children under 16 will be allowed on the premises.
Children under 16 shall not be permitted to remain seated or standing at any bar, counter or servery.
Children under 16 will be supervised at all times whilst on the premises by an accompanying responsible adult.
