ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
All members are responsible for their guests who have to be properly signed in.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
To continue to be a member of the local Pub Watch Scheme.
Persons on the premises limited to members and their guests.
All glasses to be toughened glass.
Public Safety
To maintain an adequate ratio of seating and tables.
Annual check of fire fighting equipment.
Staff to be trained in health and safety.
No drinking or smoking on the dance floor.
No smoking in the restaurant.
Maximum occupancy 350.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
All windows to be closed in function room during regulated entertainment.
Noise limitation device set up to prevent unreasonable noise levels.
Loading and unloading of equipment relating to groups etc to be completed at the side door.
Area around the premises to be kept clean and tidy.
Notices provided to request members and guests to leave the premises in an orderly manner.
Protection of Children from Harm
No unaccompanied children to be allowed on the premises.
No children to be allowed near the bars or gambling machines.
'No ID no Sale' policy to be in place to prevent under age drinking.
If adult entertainment is provided, then no children will be allowed in the function room.
Any person obtaining or providing alcohol to any person under the age of 18 will be expelled.
