ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Staff training in licensing issues, prevention of crime and disorder, drugs awareness and potential situations.
On site training by DPS and a training strategy manual will be kept on the premises.
No admittance or re-admittance after 23:00
Fire fighting equipment serviced annually.
First aid provisions on site.
Children only allowed in designated areas.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
90% of glasses used to be toughened or plastic.
Proof of age ID cards required. Any person who appears to be under the age of 18 yrs shall produce one of the following forms of ID: a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme, a photo driving licence, a passport, or a citizen card supported by the Home Office.
More seating than standing area to reduce HVVD.

Safety notices in place.
Smoking policy to be in place
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Live & recorded music to be used very infrequently and when used kept to a reasonable level and doors & windows will be closed.
External drinking areas will be vacated by 23:00
Any external music will cease by 21:00
Protection of Children from Harm
Children are allowed in the dining room, function room and beer terrace only.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Children will not have access to the gaming or tobacco vending machines, and are not allowed in the lounge or games room.
Children are not allowed to sit in any bar servery or to make any purchase from the bar.
Children must vacate the building by 21:00 unless by prior arrangement (e.g. wedding etc).
