• Mandatory Conditions Club Premises

   

  A certificate which allows off sales to a member is subject to the following conditions:

   

  1. The supply is made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  2. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.

  3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

  4. Where the club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the club must restrict the admission of persons under 18 in accordance with a recommendation of the film classification body or, where there is no recommendation, the recommendation of the licensing authority.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  General

   

  Candidates for membership must satisfy the directors and membership they are socially suitable so as not to cause offence to other members and nearby residents.

   

  Only alcohol supplied by the club will be allowed to be consumed on the premises.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  All candidates for membership must be proposed and seconded by a member and their name published on the club notice board for 48 hrs prior to being accepted as a member.

   

  No person under the age of 18 will be served alcohol.

   

  Any member or guest who is or appears to be intoxicated will be refused service.

   

  Membership of Pub Watch to be sought.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Drinks served for consumption outside will be served in plastic or unbreakable glass.

   

  No drinks will be allowed on the playing areas.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Members and guest will vacate the premises in an orderly and inoffensive manner.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 will be allowed in the bar areas.

   

  Children will be prohibited from the area of the gaming machines.

   

  Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
