Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  ON LICENCE EMBEDDED RESTRICTIONS

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  Supply of free drinking water to be available on request.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  No admittance to the premises after 23.00

   

  Provide notices to request vacation of the premises in an orderly manner.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Maximum occupancy including staff and performers - 140.

   

  The area marked on the plan as defined for dancing and entertainment to be cleared of tables and chairs.

   

  All glasses used on the premises will be of toughened glass by 24 November 2005.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Regular patrols of premises and car parks.

   

  Real or artificial smoke shall not be produced in the premises.

   

  Protection of Children of Harm

   

  Provision of a non-smoking dining area.

   

  All children under 16 will be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.

   

  No child under 16 will be permitted to remain seated or standing at any bar, counter or servery.
