Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

   

   

  Non Standard Timings

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December) except E. Live Music when perfomances shall cease as per standard timings.

   

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  Implement staff training in all areas of alcohol & drugs.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Function booking to be monitored for number of people attending.

   

  The room will be clearly marked 'Function Room'.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Live music to end at 24.00 Fridays and earlier on other nights.

   

  All external windows and doors to be kept closed during regulated entertainment except in an emergency.

   

  A written record shall be made in a log book of noise assessments carried out by the licence holder (or representative) when the premises are used for regulated entertainment.

   

  The use of the beer garden will cease at 23.00

   

  There will be no deliveries before 08.00

   

  Zero tolerance towards violence, aggressive behaviiur and disorderly conduct.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  Operate a 'no ID - no sale' and 'Challenge 21' policy.

   

  Recordings from the CCTV system to be kept for at least 28 days and to be made availble to the Police at their request.
