ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
A fit for purpose, tamper proof CCTV system to be used to record during all public opening hours. All footage to be security stored, unedited for not less than 31 days & labelled with correct times & dates. The CCTV system must be capable of monitoring & recording good quality footage from each camera covering each entrance, exit & all areas on the premise which cannot easily be watched by the eye. Lincolnshire Police to have full access to the CCTV system & recordings whenever required. Signage shall be clearly displayed informing customers that a CCTV system is in operation and recording on the premises.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
'No tolerance to anti social behaviour' notices to be clearly displayed.
No binge drinking promotions.
Protection of Children from Harm
A written policy to be in place to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 21 years of age. The policy will require under 21's to produce any of the following as identification:
1 Recognised proof of age card (PASS)
2 Photo driving licence
3 Passport
4 Any other identification authorised by Lincolnshire Police
All staff must be trained in the above policy, training records kept for inspection by Lincolnshire Police or other parties.
Notices to be clearly displayed stating that it is illegal for under 18's to buy alcohol or any person to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18.
A refusal register to be kept & include times, dates & signatures of staff members refusing alcohol sales, name or description of refused person, item attempted to buy & reason for refusal will be recorded and signed by the manager, kept for 24 months & be available for inspection by relevant authorities. CCTV footage to be matched to each refusal.
Notices displayed informing customers that it is illegal to purchase tobacco products or purchase tobacco products on behalf of any person under 18 years of age.
