Additional Conditions

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

   

   

  ON LICENCE EMBEDDED RESTRICTIONS

  * PERMITTED HOURS

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

   

  * In certain areas of West Lindsey, permitted hours may vary in accordance with sub-section (4) of S60-61 Licensing Act 1964 where the general licensing hours may commence at 10am on weekdays and Saturdays (excluding Christmas Day).

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  GENERAL

   

  Display clear signs on opening hours and on children’s restrictions.

  Do not promote binge drinking, i.e. happy hours.

  Staff to be trained in dealing with unruly customers.

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY

   

  Gas fires & emergency lighting to be checked regularly.

  No exits to be blocked.

  Fire extinguishers to be checked annually.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Customers to be asked to leave quietly.

  No re-entry to premises after 11.00pm.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Children under 16 not allowed without an adult over 18.

  Children to leave the premises by 9.00pm.

  Children allowed only in room where meals are served.

  People over 18 will not be served alcohol, staff to be trained to ask for proof of age, i.e. photo driving licence, a passport or proof of age scheme card which carries the PASS logo, and if they are in any doubt they must refuse to serve them.
